Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, manganese to the normal formation of connective tissue and vitamin C to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage.
The daily dose (= 4 tablets) contains:

Ingredients: Glucosamine sulfate (crustaceans), MSM (methyl sulfonyl methane), chondroitin sulfate, L-ascorbic acid, rice starch, zinc gluconate, release agent calcium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), glazing agent shellac, manganese sulfate, potato starch.
Recommended consumption: Take 2 tablets daily in the morning and evening with a sufficient amount of liquid after meals.
For faster pain relief, combination with Basis-Glucon ointment is highly recommended. Not suitable for people taking anticoagulant drugs, children and adolescents and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
