The guar gum contained is a water-soluble carbohydrate from the seeds of the guar plant. The hydrolysis used here means that with a controlled enzymatic process, the fibers have been broken down into smaller, easily digestible and easily soluble particles.
Arabinogalactan is a polysaccharide from larch.
