Description
L-arginine belongs to the semi-essential amino acids and is found mainly in high-protein foods. Semi-essential amino acids are amino acids in which the body's own production is not always sufficient. L-arginine is found predominantly in proteins, abundant in peanut protein (11%) and in free form widely used in plant foods.
